Reservations can be made by phone or via e-mail. In order to confirm a reservation it is necessary to make a deposit of 30% of the total value of reservation. Payment should be made in maximum of 24hour after receiving a confirmation e-mail. Failure to pay the deposit within the period specified above will cancel the reservation.
The price of the stay is in line with the price list on the website www.nalesie.pl. The payment of the deposit for the stay is equivalent to the acceptance of these regulations. The remaining part of the payment for the stay must be paid by bank transfer prior to accommodation or by cash / credit card on the day of accommodation. Shortening the stay does not refund the remuneration for the unused period. During the accommodation, a lease agreement will be signed. The lease agreement template is available on the website. Check-in starts from 16:00 (4:00 PM). Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. It is possible to extend the stay beyond the period specified in the booking, as long as it does not interfere with the booking of other guests

Before check-in, guest is obliged to show valid ID. The data provided will be used only for verification purposes and is the basis of allowing of accomodation. Should guest refuse showing valid ID, the reservation may be cancelled, as Nalesie Owner will refuse entrance to the house. Any payment issued in advance will not be refunded.
The owners may also refuse entrance to the house if they notice, that guest is aggressive, drunk or under influence of drugs.

Upon arrival, guests receive one set of keys to the entrance door of the apartment building, a remote control for the entrance gate and a contactless key for the gate. Losing any of the above-mentioned access tools will be a subject of additional fee charged in accordance with the table presented further in these Regulations.

Upon arrival, the guest is obliged to pay a deposit of PLN 500, - in case of covering any costs of damage caused. Before paying the deposit, the guest has the right to inspect the facility and indicate any potential existing damage. The guest is obliged to leave the facility intact. Any damage in excess of the value of the deposit paid will be settled in accordance with the damage table provided in the further part of the regulations or in accordance with the actual costs incurred for the repair. The deposit will be returned to the tenant on the day of departure after stating no damage.

The presence of animals on the premises of Domek Nalesie is permitted upon prior arrangement.

The Domek Nalesie is fenced and monitored with external vision cameras.

There is a car park for three cars at the disposal of the tenants of the Domek Nalesie. Parking is not guarded. The owners of the Domek Nalesie facility are not responsible for the cars left in the car park and the material property left in them.

On the premises of Domek Nalesie, there is a curfew between 22:00 and 8:00. Guests should not disturb the peace of people living in the immediate vicinity. Guests who violate this rule are subject to an order to leave the facility without the possibility of a refund for the entire period of stay.

In order to comply with the principles of ecology and environmental protection, there is an obligation to segregate garbage on the premises of the Domek Nalesie facility. Sorted garbage should be disposed of in marked garbage cans located in the shed on the premises of the facility.

Parents or adult guardians are responsible for the safety of children and minors

Guests of the Domek Nalesie have unlimited access to the sauna. The sauna should be operated in accordance with the instructions. The instructions will be provided for reading on the guest's arrival. Particular attention should be paid to maintaining proper hygiene. You should sit down, lean on and/or stand on towels. After using the sauna, turn off the heating for economic and ecological reasons. People under the age of 18 can use the sauna under the supervision of parents or adult guardians. People with health contraindications and under the influence of alcohol cannot use the sauna. The owners of Domek Nalesie are not responsible for the loss of health and life of guests, which may occur as a result of high temperature in the sauna.

Guests of Domek Nalesie have unlimited access to the swimming pool during spring and summer season. Please be aware, that pool is 1,5meters deep. Please remain maximum caution during your pool bath. Jumping into the water is strictly prohibited. Be especially careful when entering and exiting the pool. People under 18 years of age may use the swimming pool under the supervision of parents or adult guardians. People with health contraindications and under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to use the swimming pool. The owners of the Domek Nalesie are not responsible for the loss of health and life of people that may occur as a result of using the swimming pool.

Children have unlimited access to the playground consisting of a house and a double swing. When using the playground, children must be under the supervision of adult guardians. The owners of Domek Nalesie are not responsible for the loss of health and life of people that may occur as a result of using the playground for children.

Guests of Domek Nalesie have unlimited access to the barbecue shelter. Firewood is included in the price. The grill shelter has an open hearth - plese remain extremely cautios while using it. The owners of Domek Nalesie are not responsible for the loss of health and life of people that may occur as a result of operating the grill shelter hearth. In the facility, apart from the grill shelter, it is forbidden to make any fires or use open fire.

Guests of Domek Nalesie can use wood in the fireplace on their own. Wood is included in the price of the stay. Fire in the fireplace should be carried out in accordance with the fireplace manual. The instructions will be provided upon arrival. Under no circumstances should you leave open fire in the furnace unattended. Guests are required to cover any losses caused by the use of the fireplace not in accordance with the operating instructions. The owners Domek Nalesie are not responsible for the loss of health and life of people that may occur as a result of operating the fireplace hearth.

The residential house and the barbecue shelter are mostly wooden structure, so you should be especially careful and follow the rules of fire protection. There is a fire extinguisher in the house. The location of the fire extinguisher will be indicated upon arrival. Household appliances and other equipment of the Domek Nalesie facility should be used in accordance with their intended use, applying general health and safety rules

Any technical issues in facility should be immediately reported to the owners. Reparations will be made as soon as possible, and may be subject to the availability of spare parts and industry specialists. The owners of Domek Nalesie are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by the lack of utilities from independent suppliers. It is strictly prohibited to make any repairs by guests on their own. Electrical switchboards and control and monitoring system cabinets must not be opened.

Facility cannot be rented partially or fully to third party people. Only people registered during the booking process can use the Domek Nalesie. It is forbidden to organize special events such as hen parties, stag parties, etc.

Inside the residential house of Domek Nalesie, smoking of tobacco products, incense sticks, etc. is strictly forbidden.

The owners of Domek Nalesie are not responsible for any valuables left by guests during stay

Domek Nalesie is cleaned before the tenant's arrival and should be left in good order before the tenants leave (dishes washed in the dishwasher, products removed from the refrigerator, items put away in storage, etc.). Any permanent stains or damaged parts of the facility (movable and immovable) may be subject for additional surcharge of minimum PLN 100 from the cleaning deposit.

Devastation of the facility - resulting in neccesity of replacing parts of equipment, additional renowation of facility etc. - will be a subject for additional charge. Additionally, guets will be charged with the costs specified in the table below:

In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on tourist services shall apply

The provisions of the regulations are valid from 01/07/2021. Each person using the Domek Nalesie facility is obliged to read and comply with the provisions of the regulations. Lack of knowledge of the provisions of the regulations does not exempt from complying with them. The regulations are available for viewing at the Domek Nalesie facility and on the website www.nalesie.pl. Any changes will be published on the website on an ongoing basis www.nalesie.pl.
